Drupal Headers and Footers

The new web headers and footers are now available for branding websites currently using the U's enterprise Drupal on the Twin Cities campus. Site owners have been notified about the new options and given instructions on how to update their headers and footers.

To ensure a smooth transition, the headers and footers are available only on the Drupal development and staging servers. Central IT will manage the transition with site owners before releasing the change to live sites.

If you have questions about the use of the new headers and footers or need assistance updating your theme, please contact ucm@umn.edu.

MyU

With the launch of MyU, campus communicators are invited to add the Communications and Marketing page in their "My Interests" section. To do that, go to MyU and simply click on your "MyU Settings" link in the upper right corner. Under "U Business," click on "Communications Professional." A link to the Communications and Marketing page will now appear when you click on the "U Business" link in the "My Interests" drop down menu.

This new MyU page is designed to give communicators a fast, easy way to find internal communications resources throughout the University. If you have questions about or a suggestion for the MyU Communications and Marketing page, please fill out the following form z.umn.edu/URbrand
