Creating a Newsletter Template in Agility

As many University communicators transition their media database and coverage tracking to the Agility platform—a new systemwide tool available through University Relations (UR)—UR will regularly offer tips and tricks to get maximum value from it.

Every weekday morning, UR produces a broadly distributed media recap newsletter called Today’s News. Using Agility’s media coverage tracking functions, the UR team collects stories that involve and mention the University in some way into an easily reviewed package of links and story summaries and sends it out to the Today’s News distribution list.

With the Briefings tab in Agility Enterprise, you have the ability to create your own media recap newsletter like Today’s News. The newsletter could feature online news articles, along with TV and radio clips pertaining to your unit, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis—whatever makes sense for your needs.
